Twin Brook Winery received yet another medal for its Octorara Rosé and 2008 Chardonnay Reserve from the International Eastern Wine Competition, this time Bronze for each.

Springhouse White is now back on the shelf with the 2008 Pinot Gris and 2008 Cabernet Franc & Sauvignon soon to follow.

Join Twin Brook Winery and the Lanchester Relay for Life on June 11, 2010 to open the 2010 Gazebo Concert Series. Come out to support the Lanchester Relay for Life as they raise funds for cancer research through gate proceeds of this inaugural Friday night concert.

Tony O – Grammy nominated Blues Artist, will start the line up of bands this year. Enjoy an evening under the stars as Tony O and his band’s traditional Blues echo through the vineyard.  Other bands this year include Twin Brook favorites Big Package Band and Hake and Jarema; and a Lancaster favorite; Blue Light Special. This year Gut’s Smokehouse BBQ will be selling authentic, award winning BBQ on several concert nights, so everyone can relax and not worry about cooking. BBQ Cook off hosted by Victory Brewing Co., celebrating good food, beer, wine and music.

Join us for the 2nd Annual event held on over 10 acres at Twin Brook Winery. Brew-B-Que will be an afternoon of live music barbeque and of course Victory beer. The event will also be host to a Mid-Atlantic Barbecue Association (MABA) sanctioned barbeque competition. Rain or shine. Free to attend. This event will feature a Victory Beer Garden, Victory BBQ, grilling and smoking seminars, Twin Brook Winery wine sampling and wine sales, hay rides, live music and an opportunity to watch 20+ culinary chefs pit their skills against one another.

No tickets are necessary and all are welcome.
Must be 21 or older to sample and/ or purchase beer and wine.  

Bring your chairs and blankets and enjoy a summer afternoon of live music and barbeque from Victory Brewing Company. Watch the 'masters' as they prepare to be judged by the Mid-Atlantic Barbeque Association.

Join Twin Brook, along with over 60 other Pennsylvania wineries in an attempt to set the Guinness World Record for the largest wine tasting ever conducted! THE TOAST IS AT 4PM SHARP!!! For more information, please visit the PA Wine Association website: www.pennsylvaniawine.com.

To entice everyone to come early and be added into the official count, we are going to premier/release our 2008 Merlot, 2008 Cabernet Franc, and 2008 Pinot Gris. Tasting fees this day will be $7/person, $2 of which going to Toastmaster, Mario Andretti's charity: The Fund to Benefit Children & Youth (www.fundforkids.com), an organization whose mission is to "provide abused, neglected and at-risk children with items and services they cannot receive from traditional sources."

To help celebrate the Toast, Yellow Springs Farm (Chester Springs, PA) will be at the winery from 3PM - 5PM offering artisanal goat cheeses for sale and tasting. Individual cheese boxes suited for 2-4 people to be eaten that afternoon or taken home will be offered for $15/box.

A little bit about Yellow Springs Farm: Located in Chester Spring, PA, our Farm was once a colonial cow dairy. But now, since 2002, this special family farm hosts our native plant nursery, conservation landscape design and consulting services, honey bee hives, and the dairy goat herd. Goats are milked twice per day, and the cheese is made in a renovated 19th century PA Bank barn.

Yellow Spring Farm offers about 30 varieties of fresh and aged goat milk cheeses during the year. All are made from our farm fresh milk. Our herd of mostly Nubian goats eat organic grains, local hay, and browses our pasture and woodland. Our unique cheese recipies draw from age-old French and Italian traditions. We include farm-raised herbs, nuts and honey in many of our cheeses. Each cheese is handmade in small batches and never includes preservatives or anything artificial. SEPTEMBER 25TH & 26TH, OCTOBER 2ND & 3RD
Join the wineries of the Brandywine Valley Wine Trail as we celebrate the Harvest!

Experience the sights and smells of harvest and have a grape stompin' good time as the eight wineries of the Brandywine Valley Wine Trail celebrate the 2010 vintage! You'll find grapes galore as the vineyards commence harvest activities. Enjoy pastoral settings for picnicking, live music to "sit n' sip" or dance by, grape stomping competitions, hayrides through the vineyards, BBQs, wine tastings, tours, and the opportunity to learn about the region where Pennsylvania's most stellar wines are being grown. Purchase a Passport online (www.bvwinetrail.com) or at our wineries to take part in this fun annual event! Passports allow for tastings at all 8 member wineries and are valid September 25 through December 30, 2010.

Passports are not required to participate in the activities at Twin Brook, but tasting fees will apply.
